NATURAL CHARACTERISTICS
Timber is a natural product that is subject to colour, character and grain variations. Mineral streaks, knots, splits, cracks and other imperfections will also be present. These add to the character and are not considered defects. Real wood is an organic material, and the character will vary from tree to tree and board to board. Different species such as Victorian Ash and European Oak stained with the same colour will have variations in colour due to the different character, grain and natural structure of timber.

For this application, different wood species are used for floor and staircase and therefore some variations in colour may occur.
